* [DONE: Luis] Solve the problem why, on some card, splashy doesn't open at
  fullscreen; (Luis: remember that some video cards can only be set
  programmatically to a hard coded resolution and this cannot be changed after
  the kernel has initialized the hardware. A good example of this is the most
  common of all drivers: vesafb. The resolution of which can only be set at boot
  time with "vga=0xXXX". Please refer to the README file for a nice table of
  resolutions+color bits)

  when splashy exits. If it is. Attempt to switch to vt7 before splashy exits
