			<strong>Heat Source Service (boiler room, heat exchanger station, water heating, measurement and heating fire control):</strong>
		</p>
		
		<ul>
			<li>operator takes full liability for continuous and safe operation of heat source</li>
			<li>saving of energy consumption and lifetime extension of heat sources as a result of intensiv, profesional control, service and maintenance</li>
			<li>operator provides, that the operation of heat source will comply with laws, safety regulation, hygiene regulations, fire regulations and environmental regulations</li>
			<li>operator provides communication with state administrative body</li>
			<li>fault minimalization and fast fault clearing as a result of expert maintenance and serveability</li>
			<li>operator provides continual breakdown service, we start service at latest 1 hour after notification of breakdown</li>
			<li>operator dispose of central control systém enabling continual control of heat sources</li>
			<li>operator provides continuously recontruction with utilisation of savings amounts</li>
		</ul>
