The company has at its disposal highly modern injection press of brands Demag and Arburg with a closing power between 25 and 350 tons.
Production is fully oriented to supplies for car industry.

<p>On 31.12.2006 the LPS company was equipped with 38 injection presses, namely:</p>

<p>Machines were put into operation in this way:</p>

- year 2006: 4 machines<br/>
- year 2005: 3 machines<br/>
- year 2004: 7 machines<br/>
- year 2003: 5 machines<br/>
- year 2002: 2 machines<br/>
- year 2001: 5 machines<br/> 
- year 2000: 3 machines<br/>
- year 1999 and earlier: 9 machines

In view of the fact that the demands of car industry grew for a long-term period, other two machines were equipped with a  robotized workplace
</p>

There is a plan for 2007 to extend machinery capacity by D200t and next addition of machinery with vertical injection to 100t. At the same time, our objective is to maximally automate production and add peripheral equipment – thermoregulators and granulate dryers with closed circuit.   
</p>
<p>
In terms of solving a methodology 5S in IQ/2007 conveyers to each machine with leading inside a machine will be added. At other machines and in other production halls this realization will depend on concrete demands of specific production facility. In 2007 the methodology 5S in store and production areas will be completely solved. 
</p>

We manufacture standard and technical thermoplasts of different types, namely:

<p>Injection of plastics can proceed in two modes:<br/>
- automatic,<br/>
- semiautomatic – injection of plastics to a form, where parts from different materials (metal, plastic different type etc.) are already placed<br/>
-	two-component injection – automatic machine – plastic part – 2 types of material
</p>

<p>Following technologies used are:<br/>
-	condition of parts at requested types of parts and materials <br/>
-	thermal stabilization of parts at some types of materials<br/>
-	ultrasonic welding of parts<br/>
-	completion of manufactured semifinished products<br/>
-	completion of manufactured semifinished products with purchased parts.
</p>

<p>In terms of production we provide tests of new forms and materials. </p>
<p>We provide condition of parts in a conditional bath with a capacity of 28 palettes.</p>
